According to the post referencing your post, no such an AprilFool.dll, so not sure what you are talking about (comment posted below):

----------------------------
In his post, Jean Pierre illustrates how to run PowerView (provided with SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services) without SharePoint; basically the idea is to copy the PVrendering.dll (the PowerView dll) from a SharePoint installation into a folder named SandBoRX in System32, and in SRRS web.config file to provide a new bindingassembly...
----------------------------

So I'm still wondering what the real deal is behind the deleted post, but then none of my business.

Thanks for the tip about Excel 2013, but I need a web based solution for SQL Server BI.

Regards,

Jean-Pierre, it seems a while back you have posted a work-around to get SQL Server Power View working without having SharePoint installed, but the post is now not showing any longer. Was the case of conflict of interest, or maybe you can re-post it?
Thanks in advance!
